ARC CLUB?

Why Neighbourhood Working?

In thinking about long term value and return, residential asset owners must consider the modern amenities that will differentiate and drive real value for residents and the entire neighbourhood.

New homes need spaces for remote work that supports the modern lifestyle, connects neighbours and activates schemes. With the decline of the high street, there’s an opportunity for innovative amenities to be included in all new developments, unlocking new commercial and social value.

A partnership with ARC Club is the perfect opportunity for the most forward-thinking developers and asset owners to unleash this value.
