    The Times

  • “The ARC team have been the most friendly + helpful bunch of staff at any co-working space I've been to, and I’ve tried a few!”

    ARC Club Camberwell Member

  • “ARC is a carefully designed, simple space offering a cheaper “work near home” option for freelancers, the self-employed and, since the pandemic, corporate staff who are bored with working from their bedrooms and kitchens”

    The Financial Times

  • “ARC is a wonderful space for working near to home. The space is bright, comfortable, social, and the staff are friendly. I would highly recommend ARC for anyone who is looking for somewhere to work outside of home.”

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked

  • There are many different ways to enjoy ARC Clubs. You can become a Member for full-time, part-time and shared access to our workspace and activities. Day Passes are available when you’re just passing through - just contact the Club you want to work from for the day to arrange. Our Meeting Rooms can be hired by anyone.

  • We want to make ARC Clubs as easy as possible to use. Memberships are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and there is no joining fee.

  • Life is unpredictable and ARC Club provides you with flexibility. Many of our plans operate on a monthly rolling basis. And can be cancelled up to one business day before they renew. For annual membership we would require a month’s notice after your first 12 months.

  • Membership can be paid for via direct debit or card through Nexudus (our membership platform) or directly through Stripe. Meeting rooms may be hired through the members portal or booked directly through the Club Team and paid for by card.

  • Definitely! We offer discounted Guest Passes for our members to welcome as many colleagues or friends as they wish, and when you book a meeting room you can fill it to it’s capacity without paying for individuals. Our Studios are designed for teams to have their own HQ, or you can bulk buy day passes (to get up to 50% off!) to pass around the team (excuse the pun) to be together in our Clubs. Contact the Club of your choice to find out more from the team.

  • Our work hours are 8am - 6pm in Earlsfield. It’s a work-life balance thing.

  • Resident and Regular Members get free Guest Passes each month to bring friends or colleagues into the workspace. Additional passes can be purchased for £20. Up to 2x guests may join you, free of charge in pre-booked meeting rooms (subject to room capacity and opening hours). ARC reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest.

  • ARC Clubs contain designated solo work area (no pets, no calls, no food) available throughout opening hours, but we cannot guarantee a seat.

We also have bookable meeting rooms in each Club, and drop-in/out zoom booths for private meetings and calls

  • We love them but unfortunately we cannot welcome them in our Earlsfield club at the moment.

  • ARC Clubs occupy step-free ground-floor spaces, with wide double doors, accessible WCs and accessible meeting rooms.
