Terms and Conditions for Day Pass and Club Membership

By purchasing a Day Pass or Club Membership to ARC Club Ltd & its subsidiaries (hereafter referred to as "the Space"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Platform Registration

1.1. By purchasing a Day Pass or Club Membership, you consent to being added to our membership platform, which is powered by Nexudus.
1.2. The Nexudus platform is used to manage bookings, communicate updates, and provide access to member-exclusive features and benefits.
1.3. You will receive an invitation to join the platform via email after completing your purchase. It is your responsibility to complete the registration process.
1.4. Your use of the Nexudus platform is also subject to Nexudus' own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which can be accessed directly through the platform.

2. Use of Personal Information

2.1. We will use the information you provide during registration solely for the purpose of managing your membership and improving your experience at the Space.
2.2. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.3. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your membership platform settings.

3. Membership Benefits and Access

3.1. A Day Pass grants you access to ARC Club for the location specified on purchase for one business day during regular operating hours.
3.2. A Club Membership includes the benefits outlined in your membership plan, which may be subject to change at our discretion with prior notice.
3.3. Access to the Space is subject to availability and may be limited during peak times.

4. Conduct and Etiquette

4.1. All members are expected to follow the Space’s Member Rules.
4.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Space or membership platform for any behaviour that disrupts the community or breaches our guidelines.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Day Passes are non-refundable once purchased.
5.2. Club Memberships may be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.
5.3. We reserve the right to terminate memberships at our discretion if terms are breached.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings while using the Space.
6.2. You are responsible for any damage caused to the Space or its property through misuse or negligence.

7. Contract Terms

7.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with the membership plan issued on the ARC Club membership platform, form the entire contract between you and ARC Club Ltd and its subsidiaries.
7.2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this contract.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the membership platform and the Space after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
